На счет " Суд должен исходить из того, сколько лет нужно человеку хлебать баланду, чтобы исправиться" надо заметить что в США и других странах люди сидят по нескольку раз очень часто. Не очень то тюрьма исправляет. Возможно, если посадить на месяц за мелкое воровство, то человеку больше не захочется и реально не станет воровать снова. Но, например, если человек убил 1 раз, то у него уже нет психологического стопора сделать это еще раз. Выйдет такой из тюрьмы любой страны и опять сорвется при случае.
Не в одной стране нет лечащего правосудия, главная задача спасти общество от мерзавцев, а не вылечить их.
И США не исключение. И продолжают убивать, насиловать и торговать наркотой во всех городах.
В России действительно суд часто выносит слишком мягкое по меркам общества решение. Но еще 5-10 лет и это так же прекратиться.
ИМХО, Если учится судебной системе, то лучше у Китая, чем США.
Все конечно так, но вот выходя "там", человек "доказывает" (понятное дело, что может и обмануть), что исправился, и вероятность что он исправился всетаки существует. В отличии от наших "экстремалов", которые реально могут кричать в зале суда, что через трешку они выдут и жестоко отомстят фигурантам дела, и на выходе даже не делают вид, что исправились...
А что Китай, смертные приговоры? Так "те кто надо" по прежнему будут кричать и делать знак V, а убьют когонить по ошибке потому что у чувака денег небудет "дать на лапу". Когда человека с тоннами денег ловят, а он говорит "это не мое", "ключи от машины с деньгами в моей мусорной корзине ктото мимо проходил и подкинул..." ..... или ловят вора в законе, громко, а после пропадают материалы дела .... кого стрелять то? никто ж не виноват....
Работаем в тяжелейших условиях. Был случай — в упор среди бела дня застрелили одного банкира. Киллера схватили на месте. Он говорит:
— Это заказное убийство!
Конечно, его отпустили — все равно они все нераскрываемые… нет доказательств.
То есть знаем кто, когда, где, имеем отпечатки пальцев, съемки скрытой камерой, свидетелей — доказать ничего не можем. Знаем, куда ведут нити… наверх. Знаем к кому! По именам!.. Вы их тоже всех хорошо знаете.

Да уж про Китай это точно... косяк совершил немереный получи пулю в лоб и все.... Честно говоря я за возвращения смертной казни за особо тяжки преступления и преступления связанные в отношении педофилии... А еще б сажали на пол года, если поймали когда разговаривал во время движения по сотовому. А то бесят честное слово, когда едет, трындит по трубе и тупит — просто тупит во время движения и никого не видит, тк мозг походу отключается или переключается от зрительного к ушному...... Да и аварий из за этого ни чуть не меньше....
